Contribution Rules

• These contribution rules are drawn up on the basis of the regulations in §5 of the statutes of the Verkehrsverein Wolfstein e.V..
• In order to fulfil its statutory tasks, the Verkehrsverein Wolfstein e.V. depends on its members paying their contributions in full and on time. Against this background, the General Meeting of the Wolfstein Tourist Association has adopted these contribution rules.
• Members can view the contribution rules at any time on the website of the Verkehrsverein Wolfstein e.V. or request them in writing from the Board of Directors. Members who join the Association after the entry into force of the Fee Regulations shall be informed of and given the Fee Regulations together with the declaration of membership.
• The amount of the annual membership fee shall be determined by the General Assembly by resolution. The contribution rates shall then apply for new members directly from the date of the resolution and for existing members from 01.01. of the following year.
• The annual subscription is levied annually in January in advance.
• New members joining in the first half of a financial year shall be charged the full annual membership fee and new members joining in the second half of the year shall be charged half the annual membership fee.
• Members who have not given the association a SEPA direct debit mandate will receive an invoice which must be paid immediately, at the latest within 8 days of receipt. In the event of late payment of dues, a reminder fee of 5.00 Euros will be charged per reminder.
• Members who have given the association a SEPA direct debit mandate are responsible for ensuring that the account specified has the appropriate cover when the contributions are collected. In the event of a chargeback, the member will be charged for the costs incurred.
• Members shall notify the Association immediately in writing of any changes of address or account. The notification shall be addressed to the Executive Committee. Should the association incur costs due to late or non-notified changes, these will be charged to the member.

Upon reaching the age of 18, a youth member automatically becomes a full member (private / sponsor) and the membership fee is adjusted accordingly.
